You Hu, 22, is a second year Masters student at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Applied Mathematics and Computational Science. His research interest is quantitative finance.

He knew about bridge at age 12 but started playing bridge seriously 4 years ago. He got the 2nd place in the China Collegiate Bridge Championship in 2014.

 I’m working as a quant at JPMorgan in New York.  I received my master degree in Financial Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University in 2014.

I started playing bridge in high school and won 6th, Chinese Junior Bridge Competition in 2009.

I am currently a third year undergraduate student in UC Berkeley, majoring in math and statistics.

I started playing bridge at 10th grade, but due to various reasons didn’t find a place to play freshman year in college. Thanks to my partner You Hu and USBF junior program that “bring” me back to the game.

When I am not playing bridge, I also play a little chess.

Andi Guan, 20, is a graduate student at UCSD, majored in Finance.

She obtained her B.S. at Peking University.

She has learned bridge for about 4 years and she won the gold medal in the 20th APBF Youth Teams Championships in Bankok (China girls team, 2015).

Liwei Zeng I am a first year Ph.D. student at Northwestern University in
Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences. Prior to that, I
earned my B.S. at Peking University in Mathematics.
