A player in one of the USA2 matches forgot to leave his cell phone at home or in the Players' Lounge (which sometimes looks like a cell phone store) when he went to play. His phone was discovered and his team was assessed a penalty of 9 IMPs in accordance with the USBF General Conditions of Contest. The penalty is reflected in the total score posted for the Weinstein team in the USA2 Round of 64; there is now a new column shown on our bracket sheet for penalties assessed.
