Entry Requirements

VACCINATION AGAINST COVID 19 IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER

For all events, teams must have 4, 5, or 6 members, all of whom are USBF members and have signed the USBF Competitor's Agreement (if you signed after 2021, you don't need to sign again) and Covid Waiver (if you signed this in 2023 or 2024 you don't need to sign again).
For the Mixed USBC, each team must have at least 2 male players and 2 female players.
For the Senior USBC, each player must have been born in 1961 or earlier.
For the Women's USBC, each player must be a woman.

*Late entries are only allowed if they do not change the schedule of the event. Players who enter late must file system information within 4 days and may not use complicated methods for the first stage of the event unless another pair in the event is playing the method and filed system information 2 weeks in advance.

Entry Fees

NOTE: The USBF is now able to accept Zelle payments, for which we do not have to pay a fee. Therefore we will have 2 different charges, one for Zelle, cash, check, or wire, and one for credit cards.

The Event entry fee covers any needed online stages as well as the fixed costs for face to face stages. The Event entry fee is $500 if paid with Zelle, cash, check, or wire, or $520 if paid with a credit card.
Face to face session fees for the Round of 16 (or Round Robin), USA1 Quarterfinal, and USA2 Stage 1 are $225 per session for Zelle, cash, check, or wire, $235 if paid by credit card - there are 2 sessions per day, so the daily session fees are $450 or $470 per day, $900 or $940 for each 2 day stage;
Session fees for Open stages after the first 4 days are $300 or $310 per session, $600 or $620 per day, $1200 or $1240 per stage.
Session fees for the Mixed, Senior, and Women's USA1 Semifinal, and USA1 and USA2 Final are $300 or $310 per session, $600 or $620 per day, $1200 or $1240 per stage.
Session fees for the Mixed and Senior USA2 Stage 2, Quarterfinal, and Semifinal are $300 or $310 per session, $600 or $620 per day (& stage as these are 1 day stages).
