Open most balanced 11 counts when NV Open most unbalanced 11(10) counts. Haven't had much discussion on this. Respond very aggressively. Most low-level doubles are for takeout 1NT = 14-16 NV 1-3, otherwise 15-17 1  = 2+ "only" when 4=4=3=2
